United States must think and Act fast to avoid another political mistake be committed like the 1992-1993 one.

Miscalculations due to misleading from dishonest Somali Warlord politicians and their intentionally prefabricated collaborators which they normally appoint them as Clan Elders and Civil Society that have replaced the real and genuine one in Somalia for the last 16 Years are to blame for all mistakes done by the misled International Community headed by the EU and the United States that are struggling in vain to find stability and lasting political solution for Somalia.

 After 13 attempted peace and reconciliation talks that is costing millions of dollars donated by the International Communities at the expense of their hardworking men and women citizen tax payers which has resulted to the creation of unlimited luxury vacations at the most famous 5 Star Hotels around the Globe for the Somali Warlords and their attendants to enjoy life as reward for the crimes they have committed against the Somali innocent population whom they claim representing, producing nothing but more complications and destabilization for that poor Nation.

 Because of all those mistakes committed and other intrigues implemented by the Hawiye Clans that are not very much supportive of the IGAD appointed Transitional Federal Government of Geedi and Abdullahi Yusuf, implicitly created The Islamists, called Islamic Courts Union ICU from their former USC recipe that  became more popular than ever within Somalia as the USA siding with the wrong group of the country. The same way the U.S. created The Islamic Courts Union (ICU) by accident, and became the only reality that expanded their control to all over the southern part of the country, including the capital Mogadishu, and eventually were heading to Baidoa if they were not stopped.

 The first mistake was by complete misunderstanding of Somalia, its different cultures and sadly the unique destructive politics they conduct in here, and the CIA flood Somalian warlords with money and arms supporting the unpopular warlords or can call them street punks, gang leaders, with his fellow killers who have reduced Somalia to a kind of living hell, taken its people hostages made the so-called Islamists as a logical response to the condition of Somalian society, and the complete absence of any law enforcement for sixteen years.

 The second mistake was the U.S. resorting ally to Addis Ababa to return the most hated gangster-proxies back to power by supporting the so-called weak and despised Somali government and their street punks, gang leaders who had no chance confronting The Islamic Courts Union ICU. That taught us the quality and the difference between the two groups, as the Islamic Courts Union despite being one of the evil factions itself who lost their bid of Arta-Djibouti Government, changed their shirt to Islamic one, and brought kind of stability, and succeeded in defeating the warlords through rallying the Somalis to their side by creating law and order through accidental with no pre-plan agendas. Instead The U.S correcting its mistake and finding a way to change their direction it supported the Warlords once again and left the Islamists warlords with no choice, while still ignoring once again the large Majority of Somali Maay Population that settle the contested agricultural lands both gangs are fighting over.

 Now, can the warlords rally the Somalis to their side? The answer is No! because The Islamic Courts Union ICU's good way of thinking already started appearing, first, by organizing their kind of Somalis and supporters for now to continues protests in Mogadishu against Ethiopian troops and their stooges interim government that will certainly draw huge opposition groups itself, to start hurling stones, burning tires, tossing hand-grenades, and reviving memories of the chaos that largely engulfed the country for past sixteen years and how they stopped chaos and established peace and stability.

 The Islamic Courts Union ICU also accomplished half of their mission by risking annihilation and avoiding confrontation with the stronger Ethiopian army, while preserving their forces and weapons for a guerrilla warfare and insurgency will most likely convince to participate by many Somalis that will be easily taken along their fight against the non-Muslims propaganda that invaded their county and their stooges, the most hated ones in Somalia.

 In order to find solidly concrete and transparently tangible and lasting solution for Somalia the following recommendations are forwarded to the attention of Ms Jendai Frazier so to enable her overcome all obstacles put by those who were the architects of Somalia’s catastrophe, and are the followings:-

1)                  Support the Ethiopian intervention in Somalia and assist them to conduct general National disarmament to both factions before the so called African Peace Keepers arrive in Somalia, which we see is essential to avoid multilateral forces operating in Somalia that may for sure repeat, if not done properly the unforgettable mistakes of 1992-1993 that led to happen the unacceptable street dragging of 18 innocent American service men that were merely conducting Humanitarian services in response to their aggression.

2)                  Support politically and finance the AU military contingent and change their mission name from Peace Keeping to Peace making that will enable them to make peace by engaging those that will definitely oppose the mission and will try to disable it such as to what happen with UNISOM.

3)                  After disarmament appoint a transitional Committee composed by the AU Military Commanders alongside the Somali genuine Clan Elders and Civil Society that will be elected by the their population through supervised by the UN commission. This provisional Somali Committee must come from the grass roots of the Societies to prepare a Nation wide free and Democratic Elections beginning first with the Municipal election, followed by the Regional and the National Elections , all conducted through strict observation on The Transitional Federal Charter to achieve Democracy

4)                  Assist the so-called unarmed Somali starving population condemned to death with direct Humanitarian help mainly Water, Food, Medication via Marshall plan that will last at least 2 Years consecutively and strictly ensure that these assistances must not fall into the hands of Warlords whether they might claim to be Government or Islamist or Clan representative to avoid these assistance fund be directed for armament purposes or war fuelling propagandas as it happened for the last 15 years unfortunately under the UN supervision.

5)                  There is no need for another Peace & Reconciliation talks to be hold if those recommendations at Paragraphs one to four are considered as they are forwarded. Otherwise it will be inevitable the repetition of another mistake that will be definitely sad to see it happen again.
