As an example a suicide car bomber in some metropolitan city in USA or Europe that kills one person can be considered a horrible terrorist act as it is, while mortar shelling in Mogadishu residential area that kills bigger numbers be considered cleansing insurgents or justified retaliatory self defense respond from invaders and so called peacekeepers side that are in Somalia’s  realities represent only to protect warlords interest and those who installed and paying the bills ambiguously ignoring to face the truth while looking the other way.

 As it is clear, the new singularity application of injustice in certain countries; Somalia will be the first of its kind invaded by another neighboring starving nation; its people are lacking the essential basic public services etc, while this extremely needed funds immorally funneled into the ambitious regime’s war machine, in addition financing by the USA equably translates permissible facts for their own wrong reasoning and encourages genocides be committed. But what is at stake here and always was are The Somali Maay Populations that lives with its enormous numerical strength as a productive nation and their nature as peaceful people never been appreciated by the nomadic clans, but labeled the masses being people neither learned nor financially resourceful, and do not produce sons and daughters intellect enough to be leaders who can be masters of their own domain; in all Southern Somalia regions. As that kind of mindset and its principles encouraged the aggressors to devastate callously a peace-loving people that welcomed them in the first place.

Similarly the former unarmed Somaliland Civilians were bombarded by military might of Siad Barre's Darood and Hawiye Somali Military Army, subjected their territories as hideout area for what they call; "renegades and separatists", but finally after 30 years of losses and suffering can be literally measured today as an ample testimony to their relief as success and triumph by removing the central Somalia gangs, and put past to their ideology of self-given treaties to overrule others as bondages becoming things of the past. At present the warlord’s Federal Government accusation; of Somali Maay People possessing neither dignity nor authority to protect them from the preferred warlord client’s imported violence who is supposed to lead them is absurd, and unfortunately easily persuaded the Italians, the USA and the rest of Europeans to support these criminals from central and Northeastern Somalia as viable with no other alternative, which is totally wrong.

 It is the stubbornness of Hawiye and Darood mentality that doesn’t realize their victims no longer agree to mould their lives in conformity with what the warlord’s scheme dictates. As it is contrary to the wishes and natural course to hold hostages forever or root out a whole nation that was once single and divided into Digil, Jareer-Weyne, Gibil-Cad or others and replace with a people who are never willing a day in their lives to earn their livelihood in an honest way but rely on handouts from their gang government representatives, or rob from their unarmed neighbors while committing unpardonably injuries in the process that s inappropriate and unmentionable.

The Southern Somali population is delighted to see the one twist end of fortune that’s been peeled away by the same known method to the Central Somalia invaders that put them in disarray after 16 years of bloodshed-killing, falsehood, wickedness, tyranny and stubbornness that make them forgot the natural rights of the preyed Majority Southern Somali Maay population to see swift justice done at least once in ones lifetime.  Despite their victim’s fuming and fretting and loud protests and the trueness of Somali Maay population’s known slogan “Justice delayed were never meant to be justice denied” becoming veracity; ‘based on serious reflection and reasoning’ that's no part of the invaders measuring way to reckons stance of Justice.

The unmaking and dismantling the country was always repetitive actions that came down from their past violence history and way of life, both gang-groups of Hawiye and Darood normally taking turns despite the consequences remain the same; ‘A Dreadful End’. This is the natural way, it is neither blame nor accusation or anger as it will not serve otherwise our purpose to change the balance of Somalia for good. The root starts from the Warlord-president and its Warlord-cabinet Ministers whose waywardness and corruption impinge on the entire nation into abyss. As it is glaring proof of facts that by bringing them back on the driving seat once again by the Ethiopian army with the international community’s blessings will only clearly indicate rubbing salt into wounds that couldn’t heal, furthering its pain, and surely cannot beautify by calling it; ‘peace-making, power-sharing, progress or other blameless purposes anyone may purport’.

Somalia requires a dispassionate study in order remedy to become possible. The old tales of Somalis are homogenous, with one language, one religion are no longer functional and not really there. Hawiye’s perversion of morality the Islamists spreading Islamic teachings among their labeling so-called ignorant Maay-nation was part of the known cruelties and declared war with clear-cut to rob and enslave the unarmed. And this is not known to the Islamic we all believe that sums us all 100% Muslims claim. They must have the impression the two different Gods of these two different nations believing in, one being weaker than the other that cannot protect its followers.

Darood claim of supremacy and to secure rights they claim over the Maay-nation as neighboring brethren is absurd! How come if they share blood relationship, never mind territories, shouldn’t they all supposedly share the same language, culture, religion, mentality you name it, in the same indistinguishable sense with their  Hawiye rivals. Why are Somali Maay excluded except to serve them as hard-workers and only tax-payers with their misuse governmental powers as in the past once again getting support from outside forces. Those who are not familiar with Islam, should realize that these cannot be attached to Islam, it is alien to it, and as being believing Islam or 100% Muslims rules out by their actions. By their having the impression the two different Gods of these two different nations believing in, one being weaker than the other that cannot protect its followers also rules out for them being 100% Muslims.

For those who attained the extra material with their Ethiopian provided guns over the years to weaken the strength of all the beasts strangulating Somalia, amassed ill-gotten wealth, open their own radio broadcasting used to deceit the masses with flattery lifestyle they don’t have or claim of usage the so-called hi-tech businesses such as internet, cellular phones and modern banking-system they brag other African countries don’t have. Or playing Islamic government card for the Muslim world. A falsehood and intriguing schemes such as armed-communities rights to plunder the nations property, with their fraud machination claiming to be righteous Islamic tribes, or legally recognized Federal Transitional government, both sides running the same groups, but different personnel. Both gangs printed their own counterfeit monies to exploit, and at end divided by either side marching Ethiopia on their side or Eritrea on the other

And their 100% Islamic teachings propagates God tolerates their actions because their being as righteous tribes on the basis of their dressing, intelligence and using mean licentious tactics to further the sufferings they’ve caused in Southern Somalia and Mogadishu slumps simply by accusing the so-called unarmed communities as being inferiors deviated from Islamic teachings and refugees in their own homelands.

These simple facts are the outcome decline in intellectual thinking of Hawiye and Darood with its various problems still undergoing to a continuous corroding adaptation. A variation prompt that became apparent to the whole world the past 16 years as a failed warlord-politicians dragging every Somali along, especially the people they’ve invaded their territories as failed nation, when the victims have nothing to do with that failures.

Because of their decayed intellectual stagnancy what blinded them with their routinely violent culture practices, and it is certainty burden-proof against whatever claim they may justify with their atrocities. Southern Somali Hinterland population in all as Maay population had their own ruling system with peace and prosperity before the Italians dismantled and disrupted the law and order the nomadic tribes kept away for centuries and contained in their own warring territorial areas in the central Somalia.

With no doubt aggression have once worked when the Italian handed the power over to the nomadic tribes, but it was in certain different circumstances. And as the result inherited all Somalis a continuous bloodshed. But today to impose once again to the concerned Southern Somalia people won’t work or at least for a long.

Their decline has not only shattered their fighting spirit but led them to invite Ethiopia’s dictator to share the so-called southern pie. These dealings will only give enthusiasm the concerned large Somali Maay Population to act strategically different on politically, militarily, economically and cultural vigor that strengthens their capability to host, integrate and live with any other peaceful human being among all nations. As This land was once a flourishing area that settled Italians, Arabs, Indians, Pakistanis, Dir, few known Darood families, few known Hawiye families and large population from African neighboring countries origin centuries ago all adopted Somali Maay Language and became part of Digil Population.

What’s regrettable today in Somalia’s political arena those who imposed the brutal policy of repression, blow up civilian houses in a lands they’ve have no business to be in the southern parts of Somalia. As none of them is farmer by profession, normally they all call themselves after denying camel-herding! As politicians, students, high-rank military or police officers, tax collectors, and emissaries to the outside countries to beg for aid packages for Somalia government that always represent the few. They have no business in these agricultural fertile lands except to spread terror, commit murderous violence, and massacre civilians, starving a whole nation to death by stealing their food storages, and forcing others to flee from their homes as the result getting rewarded as UN recognized leaders.

Surely these new progression events in our global village; even if it is deviating from the true nature of events are no longer explainable or justifiable and convincing the majority of the Somali Muslims increasingly day after day influencing the International Community’s biased behavior that allowed this nation to succumb the onslaught of the most hated warlords that they’ve sided with, and naturally made the Union Islamic Courts in Mogadishu popular despite being another known gang members who changed their tune of makeup from invading gangsters to Islamic saviors against the crusaders.

 The Ethiopian Christian invasion’s interpretation itself could badly reform as well the minds of some those who were the sole victims, and siding with neither gang groups of Central Somalia invaders whom the onslaught, shock and subjugation in a terrible way affected their lives for over a half century will expletively question the objectives of the international community. Again for USA and European Union it is not about popularity contest, that’s why they established a Warlord government regime, its members are all the same gangs nourished by ill gotten provision based on the exploitation of a suffering Southern Somali nation and the international aid packages they receive under a name of people they do not represent.  

In central and northeastern Somalia people are relatively enjoying peace and tranquility, while southern Somalia descended upon deeper darkness and despair like never before in the same hands that grew bolder and muscular with Ethiopian boost up, sparked unending hostility that wreaked havoc, bloodshed, and lawlessness in territories they’ve no business being there in the first place. The only questions the entire Southern Somali nation asking themselves are why? How? What and when? As it is known that Hawiye and Darood’s crimes has no originality and easy to understand; as it is being bereft on acting uprightness or being incapable perceiving the truth, as the wicked Majerteins today motivated by lust of expansionism and hoarding of wealth with Ethiopians on their side ended their era once in the past in 1969, after nine years of corruption, assassinations and displacing communities from their ancestral areas.

Despite all the violations, the Italians assisted them by training certain clan member’s education and corruption tactics to undermine the foundation of Somalia. Most of those corrupted leaders at the time ended in Military jails for several years after the coup, lost their stolen wealth and prestige overnight in another twist of fortune. Today, once again some leftovers from those such as warlord-president Abdullahi Yusuf and their descendants craving to recover with Ethiopian help the glorified lost years of wicked Puntland-Majerteins. They’ve assassinated their own president Abdurashid Ali Sharmarke, for their inherent voracious temperament, blaming him being the son of Hawiye mother, not worthy to claim Majertein.  followed by Military coup in 1969, by General Siad Barre of Darood Marehan and Ogadein replacing them. Wouldn't you say; 'Typical with no originality'!

 General Siad Barre of Darood Marehan and Ogadein, after building an absolute power with the Soviets help, using communism treacherous slogans such as; Somalis are equal, men and women are the same level, horribly revealed and legalized a 13 year old school girls to be exploited by older 65 year old new illiterate colonels and generals in the army to go in bed with them. It became the lifestyle of the Camel-high-class elites enjoyment passing time. another known slogan was working together as one, or farming is a profession not a shame, and most of all uniting the greater five Somalis as one led us to a major war with Ethiopia. And we are all Arabs and Muslims propaganda that was sold well to the union Arab league and Muslim countries.

 He has shown some kind of responsibilities first, provided some kind of power sharing with Hawiye and Majertein keeping them under a short tight leash, created new settlements for his clan members in the southern part of Somalia that has awakened Hawiye leaders to fantasize imitate the wish to accomplish the same kind of achievement for their clan-members. He has rewritten new history books, and giving immense wealth to fellow clan member of camel raiders from Ethiopia and Central Somalia that didn’t lasted long. In 1977 going to war with Ethiopia by Invading it’s eastern part, finally wrecked the regime’s once strong footing in the southern part to wane and end in a chase that the godfather dictator running scared along with his Darood clan for their lives to the neighboring Kenyan border area in 1991.

 All Marehan assembled in Gedo to secure a finalized permanent settlement while using as defense and offense base for the clan to capture back southern Somalia. And the godfather dictator finally died in exile with his last words, ‘Darood must be united’, take back southern Somalia at all cost, and exterminate all Maay Population and Hawiye alike’, followed by 16 years Hawiye warlordism devoid of morality, quality and reasoning subjected to those whom they invaded their lands to further continuous slavery. Finally two sub-clan members of Hawiye and Darood from the same neighborhood in central Somalia (Marehan and Habar-gidir) joined hands in partnership to become; ‘the Jubba valley twins’. The stronger Hawiye sub-clan also invented a new Islamic ploy called IUC Islamic union courts and swept all southern Somalia under their banner, thanks to the Americans helping the cause. Ethiopia finally claimed; Islamists endangering their existence as well as the global security got the go-ahead invasion to suspend the Islamic threat.

 The final blow to the ailing nation was not actually completed by the Ethiopian invasion as most of the Hawiye sees it as such, while the rest of unashamed Hawiye and all Darood defiantly calling themselves the Federal Government see as saviors and peace makers. But how in the world the same nomadic gangs from central Somalia changing names and alliances with the seasons, taken away the badly-needed peace itself,  are persuading the International community having the legitimacy to over rule the large peaceful population whom they share nothing in common including the expedient religion they use as mask permitted to govern over them.

 These warlords sank this part of Somalia into deep dark era, despondently disgraced, lost all sense of respect with their based ideologies on defending selfish interests notoriously shares by each warlord member of Abdullahi Yusuf’s cabinet ministers and those selected hand picked Majerteins running his show since the invasion. And the international ordinary citizens following Somalia politics are disgusted with these unending additional conflicts that were inevitable when the power was handed over to the same murderer groups that shaped the root cause principal of all conflicts that frequently responsible the senseless deaths and evictions of unarmed civilians relentlessly persecuted by these ferocious gangs over the years.

 Gangs their heritage of tribal teachings of shame and disgrace the Somali Maay Population rejected to share with them all these years. Why are the International communities accepting those teachings now? Recognizing them, financing and allowing them serve this nation. They are unqualified and carry no weighty estimation as humans. As the warlords are nothing but common thieves, murderers and criminals trying to crush a whole nation economically while erasing their existence from the fake history pages they propagate to the masses and outside world, while demoralizing to the extent the displaced slave-people's children were forced to forget their own language and enforce them to speak what they call; “the only official Somali language”, Wouldn't you say this; 'a declared war against peaceful nation'!

 The main argument will stay the same; ‘demanding, “What has been stolen must be returned!”, and each person must go back to where he/she belongs. Those who are seeking retaliation their enemies are not distant, and do not settle in Hinterland federated states, but in a neighboring village near their doorsteps in somewhere central Somalia, that share with them common religion, language, profession and mentality. Southern Somalia should be a free zone, free from violence, and free from central Somalia politicians ordering around to get best lands, meals and dresses without working for it.

While most of the southerner's hard working population reduced to paupers, ignorant, corrupt, and depressed and socially inferior communities pushed into ghettos by gangs at gunpoint collecting extortion monies for their politicians, where they’ve given the indigenous people derogatory names such as Portuguese, Eelaay, Jareer, Bantu Somali Maays.

Despite all those crimes no one interprets it as discriminatory or hate-crimes in the small licensed criminal world of President Abdullahi Yusuf and his warlord cabinet ministers, and now seems agrees by the USA and European Union as a reasonable accomplishment towards peace in the East African poor country.

 In the conclusion; ‘the Nomadic tribes’ were given a wrong jumpstart and setout once again in the wrong direction that took everyone in Southern Somalia earlier to the total ruin and destruction this country in general suffering from. Indeed the Italians didn’t inject the poison of selfishness to this nomadic tribes or in any way influenced to subject each other the racial discrimination of their culture that teaches a camel-herder is better than a farmer, a thief is better than a hardworking man, that led all of them to worship the power to rule. The evil conducts in their mores are inherent, as the Italians didn’t bring the fiction two brothers taking journey together and coming back one superior than the other one by the inferior consuming an ill-gotten food while the superior abstained from it.

 Strangely and contradictory! They’ve been all raised with ill-gotten food and stolen properties. And despite their differences, those two brother tale-stories is adopted by all the bandit-warring tribes of Hawiye and Darood alike in the same detail, and claiming they are not families. Having the audacity to condemn an ill-gotten wealth when they feel like, as they are all, including their ancestors from generation to generation were raiding cows and camels from neighboring territories. Only time has changed and method of killing, and products to steal, but based on the proven acts of brutality they’ve practiced past or present are seen and known to the world the past 16 years of anarchy as equal to the centuries before that. Arrows, daggers, and spears have replaced modern weaponry system. Camels, cows, goats and chicken replaced by farms, houses, boats, trucks, cars, and cash.

 The civilians of international communities are aware of everything unlike their politicians and disgusted with it and raised the countless difficulties and complications in Somalia require eradication not affixing wounds with old warlord’s operations and medicine. As it is clear that both the warring groups practically in the same position, and everyone badly needs panacea for their ills and troubles, it is about time those warlords face tribunal courts for their crimes in the International Criminal Courts‘ as soon as the disarmament is over.  ‘The Somali Maay Population’ with whole heartedly offering to cooperate with the international community with sound and salutary principles of culture and civilized manner.

 By overriding the unnatural way of the nomadic tribe’s behavior; ‘Hinterland federated state people’ will seek to organize a rational foundation with principles to help the U.N overseeing a sound and peaceful atmosphere of justice, equality, generosity and fair mutual dealings that rules out conflicts of all kinds including wars intended to expand territories for central Somalia warlord clan members, it’s fueling gang leaders holed up in Mogadishu, whether it is the so-called TFGovernment members, or the so-called Hawiye that is wearing Islamist costumes at the moment.  According to their self appointed power claim mentality will definitely prolong peace process and disarmament.

 And will definitely cause further unnecessary troubles and death to civilians as well as the peacekeepers like what happen in 1992 and 1993, and may carry on for a long time to come. It is unfortunate but inescapable fact; weapon represents to the anarchists; their solely God that provides sustenance, and good livelihood through its barrel and cannot live on without it. The mistakes were foolishly repeated more than 14 times; people with that kind of faith! Instead of facing trial for their crimes and put away in jails, being rewarded and permitted to become Presidents and Prime Ministers or any other of government official causing further disastrous.

 Disarmament should be implemented at any cost, and as soon as the disarmament is over The federated state of Hinterland with its long suffered population will be able to protect it’s territories for the benefit of all with the help of the UN overseeing a peaceful atmosphere of impartiality, fairness mutual dealings, and lasting peace in the country. In the case Mogadishu takes longer than planned, it can be isolated and controlled from the federated state of Hinterland in a very calculated cautious way to contain and disarm them, and recovery process can immediately started in Somalia Federated state of Hinterland, its leaders cooperating in a civilized manner with UN officials, unlike the war mongers in Mogadishu with new experiences to smoothen up things fast and right.

  Giving several more recommendation in order to eliminate the root cause of the trouble; ‘the international communities acting on a dispassionate way of studying and making hard decisions in relation to President Abdullahi Yusuf’s government position, that have similar agenda with the same divided Hawiye engaging on the both warring sides. Then a lasting peaceful solution can be achieved at no time with or without their cooperation.

16 years of chaos was more than ample time to resolve their homemade disorderly criminal-conduct, it is about time for a change from the old costly fruitless ways of negotiation to a well designed efficient way that will bring Somalia into the international community fold as functioning state in a very short period time.

1. Mandatory UN monitored Transitional Administration for at least 10 years period.

2. Fully secured general disarmament to all Somali armed groups or Clans including the TFG and the so called autonomous State of Puntland-Majertenia.

3. Mandatory UN conducted Censorship so to specify clearly the Somali population.

4. Establishment and training of the Somali Police Force according to the needs of the Regions and districts and paid by their own districts and Regions.

5. Establishment of an independent Panel of Commissioners for all crimes against Humanity committed by the Warlords and their close assistants for the past 15 years.

6. Establishment of the National Electoral Commission under the UN supervision.

7. Fair and democratic Elections after 10 years of UN Administration and National Reconstruction.
